Finding your way...

Hey there, You. Suppose you were young, say between the ages of 16 and 25, and you were stuck in some kind of rut. You woke up a little blue. Either education didn’t meet your expectations or maybe you felt your peers were stunting your growth. Apathy was creeping in. Or you were just plain bored. What could you do? Here in Dunedin, you could go along to The Malcam Charitable Trust. You would have a chat with Fiona, and she’d offer you something from the buffet of programs designed to empower youth. This morning I went in to meet the superstars of The Malcam Trust - the team leaders. They are the frontline, working in concert with kids to preserve Otago’s nature reserves, tracks, rivers and coastline. I have the privilege, in my capacity as a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar, to volunteer with this organization. They’ve asked me to produce a short video to promote their programs. More on this later.
